Kirsty Reilly Walton founded LoLA in 2021 after a 20+ year career working at Select Model Management, IMG and the Managing Director of Elite London across VIP model and talent boards.
The LoLA Team is now made up of Head of Talent, Faye McLean as she joins Director Kirsty and the fast-growing roster.

LoLA’s sole mission is to protect, nurture and grow with talent throughout careers and develop longevity.
